- The American Hosta Society The American Hosta Society is an international non-profit organization founded in 1968 to foster and promote interest in the genus Hosta, the introduction of hostas into cultivation, the use of proper nomenclature and the development of new and improved varieties; and to sponsor the International Cultivar Registration Authority for the Genus Hosta. Services provided to the members include The Hosta Journal issued three times annually; an annual convention with garden tours, a scientific forum and a cut-leaf show; a Web page; and a Membership Directory sent every other year. In addition there are regional group activities.
- Hosta Library The Hosta Library is the best point of reference for all hostalovers, where you can see pictures of almost all varieties of hostas. Bob Axmear updates his site every 6 months adding all new hosta varieties that have become known, whether it is registered or not registered with the AHS.
- HostaPassie Website in Belgium My hostas photo album is posted permanently on Jaak Grosemans website in Belgium. Hosta pictures are added on a yearly basis. The site shows hosta collections from chosen people around the world. From the USA there are: Hank Zumach, Stuart Ash, Lu & Dan Nelson, Christine Chilstedt, Andi Roozekrans, Min (Cactus Joe), James Kiffmeyer, and Mikky Lockwood. Also on the website: Danny van Eechaute....and also Hisashi Shiota from Japan. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
- Papou's Photobucket Storage Site Photobucket.com is a free storage website where numerous photos are uploaded and stored. I usually keep my latest group photos of My Gardens on there.
- Garden Web This is the place to learn about hostas. Go to their Hosta Forum. It's a learning experience for everybody. Hostalovers share ideas, pics and their knowledge of hostas. If you get annoyed by the ads on Garden Web, go to Hallsons (Chris Wilson).
